Suffering

Suffering is inevitable. It is a part of life that we must learn to accept. Sometimes it makes us cry, pushes us into depression, and makes us want to leave behind all our responsibilities and run away to a place where nothing burdens us. There are moments when we cannot share our pain with anyone, and we cannot escape from what we are going through. Suffering travels along with us.
But one thing is certain — without suffering, we cannot grow.
If we suffer in the gym, our body becomes stronger and healthier. If we want to become good at running, the initial days are painful, but one day running becomes easy. Growth always demands discomfort.
There are also moments when we feel truly happy — when we meet our friends or loved ones. Even during those times, many problems still exist in our lives, but for a while our mind forgets them and enjoys the moment. That is why happiness and suffering often depend on the state of our mind.
If we choose to hold on only to fear, suffering becomes heavier. We become attached to the things that scare us, and that attachment creates pain. But within us there is always another voice — a quieter voice that says:
"Do not worry. This moment will pass. Stay strong. Keep moving forward."
That voice is important.
The mind may overthink and create fear, but we should not surrender to it. We must learn to observe it without letting it control us. The real strength lies in enduring suffering without giving up.
Suffering can also transform us. It can make us more spiritual, more compassionate toward others, and mentally stronger. Sometimes suffering forces us to spend time with ourselves and think deeply about life.
So bear suffering like a warrior. Even if death stands in front of us, we should face it with courage, smile at it, and continue walking through life with hope.
Nothing in this life is permanent except death. Happiness passes. Sadness passes. Good times and hard times both come and go. Life gives us every kind of moment — moments of love, happiness, struggle, pain, and battle. Life itself is a mixture of all these experiences.
So be honest. Be sincere. And always remember:
You are a fighter.
Many countries gained independence only through suffering and struggle. In the same way, every person must fight their own battles in life.
Embrace suffering — but never surrender to it.
Listen carefully:
You are a fighter, and fighters never stop fighting.
